In light of Covid-19 (novel coronavirus), we would like to share with you some of the specific measures Premier Pacific Roofing is taking to keep you and our staff healthy. As a small local business, we are taking the threat of the spread of the virus very seriously and know that it is the responsibility of all of us to keep you, our staff, and our greater community safe.
If you need an estimate for a roof replacement or repairs, our roof estimators are able to do all of their measurements and inspections from the exterior of your home. We are taking the additional precaution of not meeting with clients in their homes at this time. As a part of the estimate and consultation process, we are happy to chat with you outside your home, through video-chat, by phone, text or email.
Within our office, all staff members are working in their own separate offices or at home, to practice social distancing. We continue to thoroughly sanitize our personal workstations, work vehicles, and all common spaces. Additionally, our roofing crews, who are the backbone of our operation, are able do the majority of their work on the exterior of your home. The only exception is if you are experiencing leaks that are coming into your home�s interior. If this is the case, we will work with you to find the best solution possible to maintain safety. Every member of our crew has been given hand sanitizer, is equipped with gloves, and will maintain social distancing on the job.
We continue to take guidance from the CDC and government, and will adjust our procedures as needed.
