After getting quotes from 5 roofing companies we settled on Premier Pacific & couldn't be happier! The thoroughness they showed from the first contact on was excellent. Jorge, the estimator, spent over an hour with us explaining in detail the process for roofing our home & suffering through all our questions. Work started earlier than anticipated & the workers were friendly & communicative & left the job site very clean & tidy every day. Extremely pleased with the work & highly recommend them!

You all did a fantastic job. I am very happy and will recommend your company to any one who needs roofing done. Your Bid on the job was extensive and thorough. I had some other company's bid on my roof also, they didn't even look in the attic , and all I could see was more costs added to the original bid. Nice job!

I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing work done by Premier Pacific Roofing. From the point when they came out to give a bid all the way through to the end of my roofing project, everything was done exceptionally and professionally. I opted to go with PPR primarily because of their non-pushy sales and their excellent customer service. The roofers worked very hard with the utmost attention to detail and were sure to clean up everyday. I highly recommend PPR to anyone who needs roof work!

I had a very good experience with PPR. They did my roof in the dead of winter with very few issues during it. Very professional job, and the crews worked hard to get through the job - cleaned up every day. The last walk through was great and allowed for a couple of items to get touched up the next day. I highly recommend PPR as your next roofing company.

PPR tore off 3 layers including the original cedar shingles on 1/2 the roof. I'm a new homeowner, and PPR staff were approachable and confident in the work. Jorge was able to clearly describe the recommended approach, and offered a fair price. The work had a couple delays for weather, but the team communicated regularly and patiently. They braved wet, cold weather - and were even nice to my kids as we headed to school. Had a couple messes to clean up, but wasn't surprised on a job this big.

The customer service I received from Premier Pacific Roofing was excellent. My roof has been a source of concern for some time and the team at Premier was able to come sooner than expected which helped my anxiety a great deal. The entire team was very responsible, courteous, and worked well together. They were able to complete the work in the quoted amount of time and I've had no issues since the roof was replaced. I recommend Premier to anyone needing roof work! Thanks guys!
