Everyone from Jorge the rep who explained the price and process to the crew that installed the roof were wonderful to work with. They even managed to get the roof done earlier than anticipated. Great work and crew!

Amazing customer service, my perception lately as in the last 10 years or so - is that customer service is pretty low on the priority list. You pay your money to us and we are done with you, on to the next customer seems to be the norm. Premier Pacific has gone out of their way to make sure we received a great install, before during and after. And then continued to make follow up checks to make sure we are happy. I am a very "picky" person when it comes to quality at my home. I watched Premier Pacific change out my cedar roof for the high grade Presidential TL roofing. Every step of the way I was impressed the way the PPR team worked to insure the job was done right. Every request I had about some detail was professionally considered. When it was all through there were a couple of things I needed done and they were done immediately. I will recommend PPR every chance I get. Thanks everyone at PPR!!!

Salvador's estimate was low, but not the lowest I had received. Unlike a local favorite, Salvador didn't suggest mis-matched manufacturers, which insured a valid manufacturers warranty. He also didn't pressure me with a "discount" for making a rushed decision. His crew was very professional and polite, and the job was done well within his estimated timeframe. I feel like I found that hidden underdog company that works hard to earn their reputation with every roof.

Our experience was amazing. They were extremely neat. At the end of each day you couldn’t even tell they had been here. Our roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

the guys that did our roof were awesome and if we were to buy another home we would have them do the roof . they had a great team of men doing our roof. the lady in the office was also very good and we like the owner he is very nice to

Great communication, prompt customer service, excellent quality of work, and honorable crew. We have hired PPR twice - once to install a metal roof and skylights over our home, and once again to install the same kind of roof, skylights, and a sun tunnel over a pre-existing ADU. They came up with a creative solution for roof ventilation in a Cathedral-ceiling scenario, and I expect their work to hold strong for the life of our home. No follow-up question or concern goes unattended to.
